Insurance & Out-of-Network Information
Sea Glass Clinical Services is currently an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance plans, though this may change in the future. To support your access to care, I provide monthly superbills which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate Rights
Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers must offer patients who do not have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy sessions. I can provide a Good Faith Estimate if you need one for your records or planning. Consistently, your provider must give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. Cancellations
Consistency is a vital part of the therapeutic services. To ensure that work remains focused and that the clinical schedute is respected, Sea Glass Clinical Services requires at Least 24 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If notice is provided less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a late-cancellation fee of $150 will be charged. This policy allows me to offer the time to another individual in need of support.
